Topics of this module include: Psychological safety, beginner's mind, creator's mindset, appreciation and resource orientation, ambiguity tolerance, reversal thinking, power of intention, diversity orientation and process thinking.
The mindset with which we initiate or accompany a transformation process and the attitudes and values we promote through our process design are decisive for the group culture during the entire process. Therefore, it is worthwhile designing this aspect consciously and aligning it with the goals of the transformation process. We will explore some of the attitudes that we have experienced time and again as essential drivers of successful transformation processes.
In this module you will also get to know some settings and methods that put these attitudes into applicable practice and create spaces that make it easy for the participants to engage in a transformation process.
Topics in this module include: Ambiguity tolerance, levers for change, visualisation and sensualisation of complexity, dealing with fuzzy, moving goals, phase and layer separation, dealing with edge emotions, taming complexity.
Tools and approaches that we will introduce and partly practice in this module include 3 horizons, complexity trees, mapping, evolution lines, tetralemma, deep listening, graphic facilitation, seventh generation, circle of influence.
How can we make complex issues understandable and manageable so that they involve and motivate those involved and affected to participate? How can we do justice to the complexity of the topics related to our transformation process without overwhelming and overburdening those involved with its multidimensional nature? How can we set binding goals and shape the future in a world with many unknowns that are also constantly changing? In this module we will explore how to make complexity tangible and how to surf on it with confidence.
The focus of this module is on a large and a small future forge in which we work together on challenges brought along from the practice of individual participants. We will collectively take them forward and you will get to know open innovation tools in the process. Furthermore, in this module you will learn how to orchestrate creative processes yourself and harness the power of imagination for transformation processes.
Tools and approaches that we will introduce in this module and partly apply in practice include future forge, open innovation, vision techniques, guided freewriting, magnetic image, muse kiss model, dream circle, presencing, dare to ask.
Topics covered in this module include:
How can we win over people who are at the centre of a transformation process, involve them, strengthen their motivation and commitment so that the process is supported, wanted and shaped by many? How can we deal constructively with resistance? What helps to maintain stamina in lean periods or in long-term transformation processes?
In this module, we will also look back on the course, you will reap your personal harvest and explore how you can optimally use what you have learned professionally and privately, integrate it into your everyday life and into your upcoming transformation processes.
Tools and approaches that we will present and partly apply in this module include A promise is a promise, the next elegant step, inner bodyguard, expiry date, decision making tools, storytelling, different ways of harvesting, art of celebration.
